Deboraha Desiderio is founder and manager of D&D Talent/Model Management. Deboraha has been in the business since 1984 when she owned and operated a franchised modeling and development center in the state of Pennsylvania which she currently operates to this day.

Her career began in the beauty pageant business which then lead her to local modeling in both print and television. From television commercials to being the host of Fashion Update on the FOX Network made her realize the passion that she had for the business.

Many success stories have been initiated under her ownership. Her actors and models have worked professionally in Tokyo, Milan, Spain, New York, and Los Angeles.

D&D Talent/Model Management have graced the pages of fashion magazines such as Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, Shape, Fitness, as well as YM and J-14.

Deboraha takes a strategic approach to client development and management by harnessing the world wide resources and networking with agents, producers, and casting directors.

Her twenty seven years in the business have opened up many doors with some of the top talented people and she prides herself on scouting and developing individuals who possess outgoing personalities, ambition, and the willingness to learn and work hard.

As she tells all of her talent, perseverance is the key to success in this entertainment business. Talent must be in for the marathon and not the sprint. Success does come to those who wait.
